Welcome to my website! 

I am a postdoctoral researcher at Esade Business School, Ramon Llull University. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, IAE-CSIC, and Barcelona School of Economics.

I am currently on the Job Market.

My research interests are the Economics of Information and Innovation, Industrial Organization, and Applied Game Theory.

In my current research, I focus on the innovation collaboration between firms and academics, incentives and the manager's behavior, the effect of institutional investors on CEO hiring and matching, and on the innovation collaboration matching between investors' portfolio firms. Moreover, I am also interested in the topics at the intersection of economics and organizational behavior, for instance, working from home.
